I'd be curious on your thoughts, I've been looking at the SEC listing of PLTR and it says they have a approved 20 billion shares of class A stock. I haven't found much else, as most everyone's pointing at a long term 3% dilution per year.
The fact that they authorized the shares does not imply they are going issue massive dilution, could be a way to have a very very ceiling so that they will need to make the authorization again for very long time.
This is my first sight thought, I admit I never really paid attention to it, I'll let you know I understand something new. Thank you for sharing!
