$ADBE pays $20bn for Figma, a design platform generating $400mn Revenues (~50x Price/Sales)
$PLTR is used in the most critical environments (like war): $15bn Market Cap while generating $500mn FCF (~30x Price/FCF).
Just to say.
This is what basically $PLTR did with SPACs:
•$400mn investments now
•$768mn Deal Value to be collected in ~5 years (3-10y contracts)
•Meanwhile be invested in Equity which can go to 0 (some for sure) or to moon
Framed this way, SPACs don't seem so bad 🤔
