New fintech partnership, Army sole source deal, Financial Times article
Editor: Emanuele Marabella
Last week:
Palantir partners with Asset Class, a leading provider of fund management software and investor relations portals, to integrate AIP and Foundry Ontology into Asset Class's Fund Operating System (FOS).
The Army intended to source the $619mn vantage platform solely from Palantir. Palantir won an initial $458mn award in 2019 and received further expansions in the following years.
Palantir wrote a blog article on how its client SwissRe is leveraging Foundry to manage complex data at scale and drive data-driven decisions to embrace the AI revolution.
The Financial Times wrote an article on the developments with the UK NHS rollout of the Federated Data Platform:
“The report said they had exceeded their target of getting 71 out of 215 NHS trusts signed up by the end of the year.
South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, one of the FDP’s pilot sites, has reported a 37 per cent reduction in the number of days patients remained in hospital after they were ready to go home since adopting the programme.” - The Financial Times
The Financial Times also wrote an article on Palantir as a bet on higher defense spending:
