The pattern I notice is how few dollar amounts got disclosd this quarter compared with how heavy the partner list is, NATO full operational capability, the Japanese Self Defense Forces, TITAN vehicles, and almost none of it priced in the summary. Sovereign AI showing up in deal after deal feels like the real theme, more than any single contract value. Do you think that mix shift matters for Monday's print, or does the quarter still live and die on US commercial growth alone?
