Last week:

• Foxglove, the Doctors’ Association UK, the National Pensioners’ Convention, and Just Treatment are suing the NHS over “patient privacy fears” for having awarded Palantir to manage its Federated Data Platform. NHS England dismissed the four organizations’ concerns as “totally incorrect.”

“The government has gambled £330m on overhauling how NHS data is handled but bizarrely seems to have left off the bit where they make sure their system is lawful.” - Rosa Curling, director of Foxglove

• Palantir is a finalist of the “23 Platts Global Energy Awards.” Winners will be announced on December 7th.
