Foxglove, the activists against Palantir obtaining the NHS deal, is suing the Government. According to their investigation, “every hospital in England has been told to put patient data into Palantir this month” creating an unfair advance for Palantir’s bid over the $480mn contract for the Federated Data Platform.showed the explosion in NHS links back in December.
